Noun, Verb, Adverb



1.      Nouns are naming word. They give titles to people, place, things, and ideas.
Types of nouns :

a. Common nouns are general nouns. Common nouns don't begin with capital letters   unless they start sentences.
Example :
- Yogyakarta is located in 60 km from here.
- She is sweet angel.
- All the gardens in my village is beautiful.
- Iron can be drawn by a magnet.
- He put the book in him table.

b. Proper nouns are nouns that refer to spesific people, place or things. Proper nouns always begin with capital letters.
Example :
- They were born in Korea
- tommy kurniawan is my idola.
- jogja is my favorite place when I have holiday.
- He was born in Japan at 1989.
- doraemon is her favorite novel.

c. Concrete nouns are nouns that can be touched or held.
Example :
- Her apartment is big.
- Yesterday, daffa bought a cars.
- My friend and I went to Kuta beach.
- I buy a book in the bookstore.
- My teacher writes in a blackboard.

d. Abstract nouns are nouns that can't be touched or held. They exist only in our minds as a idea or feelings.
Example :
- His love only for you.
- Honesty is the best policy.
- Tillie is amused by people who are nostalgic about childhood.
- Justice often seems to slip out of our grasp.
- Buying the fire extinguisher was an afterthought.

2.      Verbs
Verbs are word which express action, existence, or condition.
Types of verbs :

a. Action verbs, as its name suggests, expresses action.
Example :
- He runs in the morning.
- She sits in the living room.
- I will eat sate tomorrow.
- Dracula bites his victims on the neck.
- Sinta washes clothes.

b. Linking verbs, sometimes known as a copulative verb, joins the subject of the sentence to some word or words in the predicate.
Example :
- He was ill.
- She is a doctor.
- They were in the stadium.
- I am a student.
- Rini was absent yesterday.

c. Verb phrases are composed of more than one verb.
Example :
- I must go right now.
- She was walking to the mall.
- Finally, we can buy the house.
- Words were spoken.
- You might eat the cake.

d. Auxiliary verbs or helping verbs are the verb in the verb phrase that precede the principal or main verb.
Example :
- You should do your homework now.
- I will go to Jogja next week.
- I must go home.
- We shall buy food and drink now.
- She can speak english well.

3. Adverbs
Adverbs are words that modify verbs, adjective, or other adverbs.
Types of adverbs :
a. Adverbs of time
Example :
- I will go to campus tomorrow.
- Today we have assigment of speaking.
- We went to Bali last month.
- We have meeting now.
- I read newspaper this morning.
b. Adverbs of place
Example :
- We buy bag in the shop.
- They are here now.
- The pencil is below  the table.
- He play football in there.
- I put my bag above the chair.

c. Adverbs of manner
- He drives his car carefully.
- She can speak english well.
- She walks slowly.
- The boy run quickly.
- I have hardly enough time to finish.

3. My friend sent some messages to me
